If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have booked and paid for, you have two options.
1. We can re-book you on a workshop at a later date at no extra cost
2. If you decide that you do not want to attend a workshop you have paid for, if you notify us within 15 days of the workshop you will receive a full refund. Between 5-14 days, a 75% refund and less than 5 days a 50% refund.
If you wish to cancel, please contact me on melissa@possibility.co.nz and we will respond within 48 hours to confirm refund details.
